The call center receives incoming questions, requests, and support cases. يستقبل مركز الاتصال جميع الطلبات والاستفسارات الواردة.

First-line support الدعم الفني الأولي

Initial assistance is provided according to the nature of the inquiry or issue. تقديم الدعم المباشر حسب طبيعة الاستفسار أو المشكلة.

Specialist escalation الإحالة للإدارة المختصة

Requests requiring specialized handling are transferred to the relevant department. تحويل الطلب عندما يحتاج إلى معالجة متخصصة أو إجراء إداري.

Quality follow-up متابعة الجودة

The Quality Department reviews requests periodically to ensure they are properly completed. يراجع قسم الجودة الطلبات الواردة دوريًا للتأكد من إتمام معالجتها.

Incoming communications are reviewed every 3 hours to confirm that requests have been addressed through 9:00 PM. تتم مراجعة الاتصالات الواردة كل 3 ساعات للتأكد من الإجابة عليها حتى الساعة 9 مساءً.
