Scope of Protection

This platform belongs to the Arabian Development Company for Training Center. All platform content, including programs and information, is fully protected under Saudi copyright, trademark, and intellectual property regulations. No person may sell, license, lease, modify, copy, reprint, download, advertise, transmit, distribute, publicly display, edit, or create derivative works from any platform material or content for public or commercial purposes without prior written approval from the Center’s management. Modification of platform content is strictly prohibited. Graphics and images are also protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used in any manner without prior written approval.

Center and Trainer Publishing Commitments

These commitments define each party’s responsibility when digital training content is designed, uploaded, or reused.

Center Commitment at Publication

The Arabian Development Company for Health Training Center respects intellectual property rights when designing and uploading all digital training courses to its website. The same commitment applies to all digital content placed on its electronic systems, including text, images, software, designs, and other materials.

Trainer Commitment During Educational Activities

Trainers who upload educational and training materials must observe intellectual property and publishing principles. Each trainer signs an undertaking confirming that course content complies with intellectual property laws and the applicable rights of publication, use, modification, and adaptation.

Trainers must also cite the scientific references and sources used to prepare their content. A trainer who uses content without owning the relevant intellectual property rights, or fails to cite references and sources, bears the resulting legal responsibility.

Digital Page and Uploaded Content Commitment

The company’s digital page observes intellectual property principles when designing and uploading training content, including text, images, software, designs, training materials, and other works.

Trainers acknowledge that all digital training content uploaded to the website, including live-streamed lectures, must respect intellectual property and copyright principles. They further acknowledge that uploaded training materials become available to the company for research or academic use, or for rebroadcast for educational purposes across medical fields.

Course Development and LMS Uploads

Responsibility for protecting rights extends from course development through upload and delivery in the learning management system.

Trainer Commitment in Course Development

The Center converts traditional educational courses into electronic courses in partnership with specialist trainers. Trainers developing their courses must respect intellectual property and publishing rights.

Before development begins, the trainer signs an undertaking to prepare educational content that observes intellectual property laws, licenses, and the applicable rights of publication, use, modification, and adaptation. The trainer must also cite all scientific references and sources used in preparing the course.

Trainer Commitment When Uploading Content

Trainers at the Arabian Development Company for Health Training Center acknowledge that all electronic content uploaded to the learning management system, including recorded courses and other learning objects, must respect intellectual property and copyright principles.

Trainers also acknowledge that uploaded courses become available to the Center, represented by its E-Learning and Distance Education administration, for research or training purposes.
